I am writing to you today on behalf of the Trustees of Ignite Life to announce that our CEO, Bethanie Cundy, will be stepping down from her role to pursue a new challenge, effective 31 October 2025.
The Trustees wish to express our profound gratitude to Bethanie for her exceptional leadership, hard work, passion, and unwavering diligence during her tenure. She has made an incredible and lasting contribution to Ignite Life and, most importantly, to the lives of those thatIgnite Life supports. We thank her for all she has done and wish her the very best in her future endeavours.
The Trustees are now actively recruiting for a new CEO to lead the organisation into its next chapter. We welcome any referrals you may have for this pivotal role.

"Working with the Ignite Life community and growing such an impactful organisation has been one of my greatest achievements. It is with such a heavy heart that I announce my departure as I feel truly connected to the whole community and everyone we have worked alongside. From an idea and a great board of trustees, to an established youth charity supporting around 350 people per year 5 years on, I will always reflect on my time at Ignite with such joy and pride.
While I will be moving on, the mission of Ignite Life remains as vital as ever. I have made so many special connections over the past 5 years and I am forever grateful for everyones commitment and continued backing."
